Note: Exam terms are distributed so that there are three exam terms for each subject in the academic year.

In winter semester subjects, the student can sit the exam once in the winter exam period (even though there are two exam terms), once in the June exam period and once in the autumn exam period.
In summer semester subjects, the student can sit the exam twice in the June/spring exam period and once in the autumn exam period.

Registration deadlines for written exams

Deregistering from a written exam
A student registered for a written exam may deregister through the IT system until 1:00 a.m. on the day of exam.

Registering for and deregistering from oral exams
Once the oral exam term is published, it becomes visible to students on their interface and they can register for it provided they meet the criteria laid down in the subject parameter settings. The deadline for registering/deregistering is 20:00 on the day before the exam; on the day of the exam, students are also able to see the time interval assigned to them.

If a student was unable to attend an exam or deregister from the exam for a substantial reason, i.e., if the student can demonstrate to the committee dealing with student applications that he/she was unable to sit the exam for reasons beyond his/her control, such a student will be deemed to have deregistered on time. A student who has failed to deregister and failed to attend any part of an exam without a substantial reason shall be considered as unassessed, which is equivalent to failing the exam.

Exam registration procedure for students who are required to pay to sit exams (students on a break in studies, and students attempting to pass the exam for the fourth time or more): 1) the student registers for the announced exam term in the information system on time; 2) after entering the exam grade (positive or negative), the student receives an invoice by email (the same as the username), which must be paid by the deadline specified on it; 3) in the case that the student does not settle the invoice in time, he/she will be blocked from using information system; 4) students are reminded that the examination rules have changed (returned registration, deadline for deregistering from an exam, etc.).
