Objectives and competences:

Introduction to modern telecommunication services from the architectural in technological aspects, including the development ecosystems. Understanding of data acquisition, data processing and data distribution aspects over different telecommunication networks. Basics of the user interface design and the evaluation of user experience.

Intended learning outcomes:

Understanding of architectures and technologies used in telecommunication services. Knowing the technological aspects of the entire chain from service providers to the end users and their terminals. Understanding of the service usability and design aspects.

Learning and teaching methods:

• Lectures,demonstrations, practical laboratory work.
