Control Systems and Computer Engineering

Control Systems and Computer Engineering focuses on knowledge related to the design of computer systems for the monitoring, supervision and automatic control of technical system tasks. Students analyse dynamic system behaviour through modelling and simulation, they design control based on advanced intelligent methods, but also learn about modern measurement systems, embedded systems and computer vision, as well as imaging and speech technologies. The knowledge acquired is useful in the development of autonomous mobile systems, in the optimisation and control of production and logistic systems, in designing intelligent and biometric systems, and in many other interdisciplinary fields.
